Analysis

Template: When I first created the blog, I had no idea what I wanted it to look like so I went through absolutely EVERY single background until I stumbled upon one that really caught my attention. I figured if it can catch my attention, it will definitely catch everyone else’s. The first thing people see when entering anyone’s blog is the background, therefore the background should be pleasing. The sunset colors that the background contains give off a relaxation feeling, hopefully making the reader comfortable, while the star design with the bright light inside gives more of an exciting and joyful feeling. I made my blog easy to navigate through and made everything, including the text, straight forward so there wouldn’t be any confusion.

Title:  I will be using this blog a lot, throughout this semester, and many of the posts published will contain my ideas, opinions, and perspectives. By naming it “My Little Sparkle” it gives the reader the feeling that I put a bit of myself into the things I post or comment on. 

Color:  The colors were chosen to accommodate almost everyone. The sunset orange and yellow is very relaxing, making people feel eased and restful while the red can put people in a thrill and happy mood.

Pages: Although nowadays people are really good when it comes to technology, I still made the pages very clear and easy to use. Everything is self explanatory. Whichever post they are interested in seeing, the page is named after so all they have to do is view the top of the blog.
